It is a story about an empress. She wants the very best for her people. She has a special kingdom, a land of creativity. She wants everyone to know they are special. She over hears a lady thinking her baby won’t be special. She has a quest to find a tangible way so everyone will see that every baby is special.


Many of the pages have an optional “Paint Me” feature for children to finger paint the pages and create their own custom version of the book.
